What the “Verified” badge means
A Verified badge tells customers we have confirmed the business is real and that the person managing the profile is genuinely connected to it. It is earned, never bought, and it can be removed if the information no longer checks out.
Confirmed identity and connection
The person requesting verification proves they own or are authorized to manage the business, typically by confirming control of the business phone, email or website.
Real business details
The business name, phone number, address or service area, and website are checked for consistency against the information already on the listing.
Reviewed by a person
Every verification request is reviewed by our team before the badge is granted. Nothing is verified automatically.
What it is not
Verification is not a license check, an insurance guarantee, or an endorsement of work quality. Customers should still confirm licensing and insurance directly with the pro.
